Planby Technologies Inc. ("Planby", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website (planby.us) in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. Other Planby services, such as PLANA, have their own privacy policies.

1. Why we use your information

  • Responding to inquiries, quote requests, brochure requests and demo requests
  • Reviewing job applications and keeping applicants informed during hiring
  • Sending marketing information about seminars and events (only with your consent)
  • Measuring site usage and advertising performance, and improving the site

2. Information we collect

  • Inquiry and request forms: name, company, work email, phone number, department and title, or role, type of organization, products of interest, expected number of participants, and your message (if provided)
  • Material Kiosk demo requests: company, contact person, email, phone number, website, message, and the configuration you selected in the demo
  • Visit information: pages visited, referrer, UTM parameters, time of visit, IP address, and browser and device information
  • Job applications (by email): the information in your resume, portfolio and other materials you send

3. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries and requests: one year from receipt, or until the contract ends if the inquiry leads to one
  • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent
  • Job applications: [to confirm] months after the hiring process ends, or deleted immediately at your request
  • Any longer period required by law

4. Service providers and international transfers

We rely on the service providers below to run this site. Their servers are located outside Korea (including in the United States), so your information is transferred to them over the network when you submit a form or visit the site. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can email contact@planby.us instead of using a form.

  • Vercel Inc. (US): website hosting and the server that receives inquiries — visit information, form entries
  • Resend (US): inquiry notification emails — form entries
  • Anthropic PBC (US): summarizing inquiries for the staff who handle them — form entries (not used for model training)
  • Google LLC (US): email (Google Workspace) and usage analytics (Google Analytics) — form entries, visit information
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (US): ad performance measurement (Meta Pixel) — visit information, whether an inquiry was completed

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent or a legal basis.

6. Deletion

We delete personal information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. Email contact@planby.us and we will act on your request within 10 days of verifying your identity.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure usage and advertising performance. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; doing so does not affect your use of the site.

9. Security measures

We take the measures required by law, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted and managed access rights, and retention of access logs.

If we change this policy, we will post a notice on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
